2. Using our system customer signify acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.
1. Sales of products take place in the Internet, on the website www.halantex.pl, where you can find the whole available assortment and all important informations about each product.
2. Our online shop provide the wholesale only. We do not execute any retail orders from private persons.
3. In case absence of stock client will be immediately informed. It may happen that some of the articles presented in store may be already sold out.
4 All prices are netto prices. Proper tax will be charged at the last step – in the basket.
5 To each order will be prepared invoice VAT or invoice proforma.
6. The product prices are visible for the registered, verified and accepted customers only.
7. Orders are processed from the amount of 500 € net, orders below this amount will not be processed.

2. The basis of the contract is completing and correct filling the order form. In case of suspicion of providing incorrect data, online store reserves the right to cancel the exact order.
3. The orders execution is follow in the order in which they are received, until stocks are exhausted.
4. The minimal value of the first order placed by the customer is 500 € net.
Forms of payment
1. The forms of payment for the ordered products are following:
- bank transfer.
1. If after receiving of products, customer will find any factory defects, he has their full right to submission of complaints.
2. In this case, mandatory is to inform us with an e-mail, afterwards return defected articles together with purchase invoice and fulled complaint form.
3. Complaints will be considered within 14 days after receipt. Damaged products will be replaced with new, top value one's. If this will be not possible due out of stock, customer will get back equivalent of ordered products or our customer service will offer alternatively products available in stock.
4. Customer return complained products at the own expense. It means, our company do not accept COD (Cash for Delivery) with complained packages. After positive consideration of complaint, all costs of defected products will be returned including costs of returning to our headquarter.
5. Taking package from the courier please note if the package is orginally packed. If the customer find any signs of damage or attempts to open, he's obligated to open the package in the presence of the courier. It helps draw up protocol and effectively claim damages from the courier company in case of damages or defects.
Order of products from the PREORDER category is possible only through contact with the sales department.

Consolidate, protection and disclose resolutions of Sales Agreement to the customers is follow throughout send to customer on his e-mail and through attaching the invoice VAT to the package. Account panel is showing a list of completed orders.
